Usage Criteria: Refunds are only eligible for subscribers who have not utilized any significant AI services during the 90-day period. This is to ensure fair usage of our trial and refund policy. There however, may be exceptions to this policy, please contact us if you are unsure.
Subscription Cancellation: To qualify for a refund, you must first cancel your subscription. This can be done through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support.

Processing Refunds

Request Procedure: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your subscription details and the reason for the refund request. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
Review Process: Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process requests within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Exceeding Usage Limits: If your account shows significant use of AI services within the 90-day period.
Non-Compliance: Violation of our terms of service or engaging in prohibited activities using our platform.
Beyond 90 Days: Any refund request made beyond the 90-day period from the purchase date.
Note there may be exceptions to these rules under special circumstances, if you would like to request a refund outside of these circumstances, please contact our customer support team.

Please be aware that if a customer initiates a wrongful or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. We ask that you contact us for a refund in the first instance before initiating a chargeback.
